If you’ve always had dark eyes then the chances are pretty good that you’ve thought about what color you would want if you could change your eye color. This is great because when you are introduced into the world of colored contacts you will already have an idea of what colors you’ve been wanting.
You can find pretty much every color in the rainbow and then some, but since you already know what color you have in mind you will be set on them if you are just now getting into picking your first contacts.
Blue contact lenses are a great start for getting a cool color to change your eyes. They aren’t too drastic, and because they are a very popular color naturally, they won’t give you tons of attention which you probably don’t want at first. Maybe after you change to more drastic colors like red contacts or black contacts you will want them, but for now keeping it at a simple color like blue or green contact lenses will be your best bet.
Whatever color you end up with it’s more important to make sure they are the right prescription, size and shape, and that you understand what you are getting into. If you are new to contacts and only wearing them for the change of your eyes, then you need to learn the basics of contacts before you start wearing them. It’s not worth risking your eye sight or health for something like a simple color change.
